Yamen & Eda - "H-Zup" (6:20)
Andres Remis - "Supernatural" (6:04)
Review: Hello and welcome to the word of vinyl to Farci, a new deep house label from France that opens its account with a various artists EP. Man/Ipulate opens up with 'Listen To My Voice' bringing some dark, tight tech house and Atree then lightening the mood with a heads up house cut, balmy synth work and starry chords. On the flip it is Odeon who ups the ante with 'Jami Racaille' with its menacing bass notes and shadowy atmosphere. There's some more twisted cosmic house funk from Yamen & Eda with their 'H-Zups' and closing out what is a very promising first EP is Andres Remis with the sweet house vibes of 'Supernatural.'

Both Of You (6:16)
Outer (4:58)
Easy Love (6:02)
Infected (6:17)
Review: Analogical Force sign up Promising Youngster for a debut release that covers plenty of ground on four fine tracks. It's cosmic and bumping electro on the opener 'Both Of You,' with its far-sighted chords and shimmering synth work. 'Outer' slows right down, with reflective groove and twitchy pads encouraging you to go in on yourself. It's back to upbeat electro-tinged grooves on the forward looking 'Easy Love' and 'Infected' then rounds out with another pensive mix of beats and synths that take you to the stars. Not one of these pays heed to tradition, with all four cuts breaking plenty of stylistic rules in fine fashion.

Smart Systems - "The Tingler" (4:35)
Into Tribe - "Owl" (4:55)
Into Tribe - "Bite The Bullet Baby" (4:32)
Yage - "Calcium" (4:52)
Review: Brian Dougans and Garry Cobain, the masterminds behind Future Sound of London, return with The Pulse EP Vol 3, a reissue of their classic work under various aliases on the Jumpin' & Pumpin' label. This highly anticipated 12" features tracks that showcase their 90s techno brilliance. Side-1 opens with Smart Systems' 'Tingler' (Four By Four mix), a dark, sinister track that channels Beltram's 'hover' sound into a hardcore rave anthem. Indo Tribe's 'Owl' (I Can See You mix) follows, hailed by fans as one of the greatest breakbeat hardcore tracks ever made, a retro-classic loaded with chunky, energetic beats and an unforgettable sample. Side-2 kicks off with Indo Tribe's 'Bite The Bullet Baby' (Jacques Reynoix mix), another gem that blends early 90s rave energy with a unique edge. The real highlight, however, is Yage's 'Calcium' (Elementary mix), which first appeared on Future Sound of London's Accelerator album. Even today, it sounds transcendental and timeless, its melodic piano lines and otherworldly ambiance continuing to win over listeners. This EP is a vital piece of underground rave history and an essential listen for fans of early techno and breakbeat hardcore.

Maenad Veyl - "Subtle Violence" (5:20)
Poison Green - "Beetleguise" (3:56)
Exhausted Modern - "Nekam Nesen" (5:06)
Review: Thomas Freiro and Alex Knoblauch recently described VEYL's first multi-artist offering as "an experiment in noise and body music". 'In practice, that means a blend of moody, paranoia-inducing drum machine chug (Years of Denial's dark, arpeggio-driven "Is It Over Yet"), bustling, funk-fuelled Nitzer Ebb revivalism (the rather fine dancefloor workout that is Autumns' brilliantly named "Get It Booked You Bastard"), red-lined industrial electro (RNXRX's "Cybele"), slamming techno/thrash metal fusion (the punch-to-the-guts that is Maenad Veyl's "Subtle Violence"), Depeche Mode style creepiness ("Beetleguise" by Poison Green) and vaguely unsettling, paranoid electronica (Exhausted Modern's superb EP closing cut "Nekam Nesen"). It's all pretty clandestine and gothic in ethos, but also really rather good.

Fermented Feelings (6:14)
Review: Cheeky ambient tech house (or shall we say, just straight-up 'dance'?) from the Seven Hills camp. This time they welcome Young Adults (Timo Faber and Jeffrey Baardolf), a Hollandaise production duo who have made the temporary transition across the channel and evidently know how to make a sonic splash in the UK. Anglo-Dutch pulsers permeate this nice wax 12", from the mad sampled mutterings of 'Anxiety Bar' to the propulsive, surface-tense, conspiratorial acid of 'Integrated Lizard People' - if he heard it, the latter'd surely be David Icke's favourite tech house tune!

Shake Your Body Down (Disco mix) (4:41)
Shake Your Body Down (Beat Street mix) (4:19)
Review: He may have started life as a dusty-fingered hip-hop beatmaker, but French producer Julien Ozonder aka. Young Pulse is undoubtedly best-known for his partystarting disco, soul, funk and jazz-funk reworks. On 'Shake Your Body Down', which lands on the label founded by the Funky French League collective of which he also a member, Ozonder mixes stems from a forgotten disco gem with his own beats and instrumentation. The lost azure in question is KC & The Sunshine Band's 'Get Down Tonight' (1975), and Young Pulse's version is restless as it is redolent of fishy funk, exuding eurgh-inducing effluvia at every turn, be that through wow-modded bass progs or topline squeezers. The Beat Street Mix on the B-side moves much more streetwise, trawling, navvying the rues with a cabbie's knowledge of Cybotronique vocoders, 2-step breakdowns and factory-fire percs reminiscent of the turn of the 80s, almost completely upending KC's original for an entirely new mix.

Review: He may have started life as a dusty-fingered hip-hop beat-maker, but French producer Julien Ozonder AKA Young Pulse is undoubtedly best-known for his party-starting disco, soul, funk and jazz-funk reworks (for proof, check his ongoing Paris Edits series on GAMM, which has so far notched up eight instalments). On 'Shake Your Body Down', which lands on the label founded by the Funky French League collective he's a member of, he combines samples from a forgotten disco gem with his own beats and instrumentation. On the A-side 'Disco Mix', that means squelchy bass, 126 BPM disco drums and mazy synth solos aplenty; while on the 'Beat Street Mix' he limbers up for the breakin' at the Paris Olympics via an authentically early 80s sounding electro workout.

Bill Youngman - "The 2"
Radioactive Man - "Addict"
JTC - "Crush Arbor"
DJ Stingray - "Ego Assault"
Review: Killekill continues to purposely differentiate itself from much of what is coming out of Berlin at the moment. As part of the three-part KilleKill Megahits series, the label has commissioned a far flung group of producers to contribute to its ghetto-laced techno oddities. Version 10.1 deploys Bill Youngman, Radioactive Man, James T. Cotton and DJ Stingray to drop a varied range of insidious acid licks and venomous electro beats for a refreshing take club squelch. Youngman's "The 2" is a steroid fuelled version of Sega's 1986 arcade classic Outrun, while Radioactive Man's "Addict" is an ghoolish acid bomb strafed with sooty resonators. James T. Cotton lowers some serious weight in "Crush Arbor" via a pulsating bass, smashed up hats and woozy synths. Erstwhile Drexciya affiliate DJ Stingray then unearths another spacious and acidified electro gem like only he can.

Your Planet Is Next - "Rhythm Is A Dancer" (4:51)
Jotel California - "Eisbaer" (4:11)
Review: Your Planet Is Next serves up a brilliantly weird and wonderful cover of time-worn classic 'Rhythm Is A Dancer' on one side of this new 7" by the Warning label in Germany. It has deadpan vocals that bring icy cool over just as cold analogue production. The dusty hi-hats and sheet metal synths are underpinned by a minimal beat and it's one of the best tunes we've heard in ages. Jotel California's 'Eisbar' is then a more upbeat electro cut with slippery bass.

No Cops In Paradise
Hefty Dub
Review: A genre-defying exploration of industrial, noise and breakbeat influences. With a strong vocal presence and a deep understanding of break-based rhythms, YSSUE creates a unique sonic landscape that challenges conventions. Side-1 opens with 'Count 7/8', blending acoustic and synthetic sounds in a way that feels both experimental and grounded. The track's rhythmic complexity and textural depth set the tone for the rest of the album. 'Wherever' follows, merging jungle breakbeats with industrial intensity, while maintaining a catchy, accessible edge that will appeal to fans of both genres. The title track, 'Human Nature', stands out with its gritty, downtempo atmosphere. Reminiscent of Massive Attack's Mezzanine, the track's production is dark and atmospheric, layering dub elements with a subtle, edgy intensity that captures the essence of the human condition. Side-2 opens with 'No Cops In Paradise', where dub meets breakcore in a clash of electronics, creating a chaotic yet controlled rhythm. 'Hefty Dub' closes the album with a tribute to dub, offering a deep, immersive groove that wraps up the journey with a satisfying, bass-heavy finish. Human Nature is a bold, boundary-pushing record that successfully fuses disparate influences into something entirely fresh.

YTP - "Find The Path" (Jensen Interceptor remix) (4:49)
YTP - "Continuum" (5:19)
Review: Crazed Behaviour starts off as it means to go on with a thrilling first electro outing and some great artwork to boot. This debut 12" finds Scottish powerhouse YT behind all of the tunes sometimes alone, and one time with the equally fine talents of J Wax. Their 'Computer Talk' is all jerking rhythms and dark electro bass with stiff melodies. Elsewhere is the squelchy cosmic electro-funk of 'Find The Path' which becomes a manic and busted-up techno banger when Jensen Interceptor remixes. 'Open Ur Mind' is a sleek electro cut that contorts sheet metal and 'Continuum' is a turbocharged and acid-laced bit of electro dynamite.

Review: The Gamine label doesn't rush to put out music - this is only its seance EP in two years - but what it does unleash into the world is always of a high quality. YU is behind these beats starting with 'Absoluting Rain' which pairs a gritty low end with popping drums and colourful synths that stream above the beats. '12' is another one that marries a physical low end with heady synth work and carries a real sense of mystery in the pads. Our pick is the closer with 'Polemik Race' getting starry eyed and thumping in equal measure.

Review: Italian artist Younger Than Me makes a great impression with is debut album, The Golden Age Of Love, on 90's Wax. Collaborations with Massimiliano Pagliara, Brame & Hamo, and Pablo Bozzi enrich the diverse array of sounds he explore after making a name for himself with a modern take on 90s club music that blends prog, trance, EBM, breakbeat and techno with nostalgic elements from rave culture's many idiosyncrasies. It is infused with contemporary electronic elements so tracks like 'Zarathustra Dance' and 'Eternal Sunshine Of Solitary Mind' showcase a dynamic sound, while 'Music Will Never Stop, Heartbeat Will Never Fade, Party Will Never End' encapsulates the eternal essence of the thing we call rave.

Review: Imagine a Dance'o'drome: some dastardly mixture of a David Cronenberg's Videodrome, perhaps, and a giant colourful tube-socked festival ala Electric Daisy Carnival. Whatever inspired French producer and DJ Yuksek to envision such a coinage, we'd like to know. This new full-length project from the artist contains 12 tracks of walloping sunset disco, colourful experiments house and funk, and guest appearances by Breakbot, Queen Rose, Polo & Pan and more. The album is described as "a tribute to the dancefloors of the world" and "a celebration of freedom and joy".
