Chroma caps are very easy to install and require no expertise or hardware. To remove your old knobs use a small plastic object to lever them off without bending the shaft. Avoid metal objects since they might damage the finish on your device.
People commonly use Chroma caps as: DJ knobs, Mixer knobs, on DJ mixers, as replacement knobs, as Pioneer knobs, as EQ knobs, and as Potentiometer knobs. Chroma caps are great DJ Accessories.
Warranty:

Notes: Do you use pedals that don't match the outputs of your power supply? With EBS new power adapter cables, there's a way to solve most matters.
It sucks when you realize your coolest vintage pedal or latest digital processor-driven unit can't be fed from your pedalboard power supply because they are thirstier or uses different power inputs than your power supply features. At worst, you may even skip bringing your favourite toys to avoid the hassle. However, with the new EBS adapter cables, you can solve many of these issues easily and save the space that those extra power supplies may occupy.
Need to convert a 2.1 mm plug to 2.5 mm? No problem.
Need more current than you get from one output? No problem.
Need 18 or 24V DC power from 9 and 12V outputs? No problem.
You can even change the polarity from the common Center Negative to Center Positive using one of the new EBS adaptor cables.
Here's how you do it:
To go from 2.1 to 2.5 mm, use the DC1-48 90/0 2.5 adaptor.
Want to change the polarity? Use the DC1-48 90/0 RP adaptor.
To increase the current, use the DC1-48 90/0 PAR and connect two outputs from your power supply. The total current will be the current from both outputs added together.*

Review: This great release on Dublin's Research imprint was originally released last year on digital, but receives a much deserved vinyl pressing here. It is a double header from two uncompromising artists on the techno scene; on the A side we have local producer Dean Mylar with the body bashing warehouse rave frenzy that is 'Different Youth' which definitely has you sorted for peak time tackle. Over on the slip, the Code Is Law-affiliated Under Black Helmet takes over for a remix and you surely know what to expect on this one: pitch black and austere Berlin-style fury all the way, and not for the faint of heart!

Review: Nine years after volume one landed in stores, Italian twosome G&D return with a fifth instalment in their occasional edit series. This time they've got company, too. Fellow Italian producer LTJ contributes a brilliant EP-opening edit - the languid, disco-meets-jazz-funk shuffle of 'The Rain Machine', where elastic bass and electric piano solos catch the ear - while Star Creature signees First Touch provide a smoother, chunkier and more synth-heavy rework of the very same track on side B. G&D fill in the gaps, first tweaking a sweaty disco-funk jam ('Ziddy'), before reworking a surging, techno-tempo disco stomper (the wonderfully camp 'Gusto').

Originally composed by the film's scorer Danny Elfman, reggae reinterpreters Aanant Pradhan and Larry McDonald (of Skatalites fame) here lay down a dour dub cover version. Wistful, moody and clean. Review: This is the sort of album that we record nerds always fall for. The title alone is exciting - who wouldn't want to take a Sonic Expedition into the Peruvian Amazon between 1972-1986? It is a classy collection that brings together vintage cumbia sounds and all its many famously lopsided rhythms and scratch sounds. The tunes come from all over the place but most notably the shores of the Amazon where hundreds of tiny villages all fomented their own subtly different takes on the tried and tested template. This is a rather modern take on cambia too with electric guitars, squeaky Farfisa organs and proto-synths all making the sounds instead of early styles with a big band feel and plenty of accordions.
