Notes: CIRRUS is a real-time granular processor for audio signals. This module is a 100% adaption of Mutable Instruments' Clouds module, a well known module in the Eurorack world.

The incoming audio signal is divided into separate short particles of selectable size, pitch and shape; these so called "grains" are then recombined in real-time in various assignments and by different algorithms, resulting in interesting, moving textures. This is even more intensified by allpass filters and a reverb, so even a short input pulse results in a huge wash of sound.

The audio processing works on up to 32kHz sampling rate in stereo and 16bit resolution for input and output (and can be reduced to 16kHz, 8bit mono for an increased sampling time of 8 seconds). Even with a mono input signal, a wide stereo output is simulated by randomly panning grains and the reverb.

A freeze button freezes the audio buffer and the sonic qualities can still be explored with the parameters in real-time..

All parameters can be CV controlled, of course.

Notes: Stonk it's a joystick controller with 2 channels of CV and 2 of audio. It's a CV generator, looper & audio processor.

The audio AD/DA is 24 bit, 48 KHz, the internal audio handle is 32 bit float.

The CV AD/DA is 16/12 bits, 12 KHz.

The extra CV outputs are the analogue sum and difference of the CV outputs 1 & 2.

Each channel has 6 modes available. By default 2 parameters are assigned to the horizontal & vertical axes but this can be easily tweaked, so it's possible to control any of them (frequency, symmetry, offset or amplitude of the LFO, for example) not only with the joystick but with the 2 CV inputs.

The polarity control & offset of every parameter can also be modified on every mode and every channel.

6 presets for store and recall not only the joystick assignment and settings but all the parameter values for all modes and channels.

Notes: The Grand Terminal is a digital multipurpose module. Its two function generators can be used as envelopes, LFOs or VCOs. The 2 filter channels individually offer 8 modes of operation, and combined with its mixing and routing capabilities and a multi effects unit, it is not only a complete back end of a synth voice, but can also be used as a synthesizer voice, stereo filter bank or general purpose sound effects processor.

The Grand Terminal is based on an ARM M4 DSP, audio resolution 48 kHz/16Bit. Its two filter channels can be used in parallel or serial, and there is a link mode for stereo operation. The Audio inputs have individual trimmable gain stages to integrate the Grand Terminal into different production environments. There´s a soft clipping feature in order to prevent unwanted distortion. Gate A is normalized to Gate B for easy parallel processing.

Each of the filters can be set to any of 8 filter types, which are: Transistor Ladder Filter (Low Pass), Diode Ladder Filter (Low Pass), Vactrol Low-Pass Gate, Resonant Vactrol Low-Pass Gate, State Variable Low-Pass Filter, State Variable High-Pass Filter, State Variable Band-Pass Filter, Comb Filter. The filter can be controlled in 2 parameters manually as well as via CV. The outputs of this section can also be controlled in Volume and Pan position. At this stage, the unit is designed to distort in the upper third of the gain control setting.

The built-in multi effects processor features eight algorithms which can be altered in 2 crucial parameters and a possibility to crossfade between the dry and the effected signal. Its algorithms are: Hall Reverb, Shimmer Reverb, Room Reverb, Spring Reverb, Ping-Pong Delay, Tape Delay and Chorus. At the end of the audio path, there´s a Master Volume Control as well as one Mono and one Stereo output.

The two function generators can operate as AD or AR envelopes. All time parameters can be set between 1 ms and 10 seconds, manually as well as via CV. The envelopes can be individually set to loop and then act as LFOs or VCOs (following V/Oct for about 6,5 octaves). They also feature End-of-Stage Outputs.

When used in connection to the Gateway, all controls which are normally set by jumpers on the back of the module are accessible from the Gateway´s front panel.

Notes: With the MORPHEUS digital filter module, Rossum are finally able to unleash the full power of the 14-pole Z0-Plane Filters that Dave invented for the E-mu Morpheus synthesizer.

The MORPHEUS Eurorack module includes over 280 filter configurations, which are called Cubes. Each Cube is composed of up to 8 complex filters that you can picture as being at the corners of a three dimensional cube (hence the name). Morpheus gives you the ability to smoothly interpolate between those 8 filters within the cube's three dimensional space.

Due to processor limitations back in the day, the original Morpheus was capable of real-time morphing in one dimension, but interpolation in the frequency and transform dimensions were set at note-on and remained static for the remainder of the note. But even with that limitation, Morpheus offered sonic capabilities that are unmatched to this day.

With the MORPHEUS filter module, you now have simultaneous real-time CV control of all three dimensions, for dynamic timbral effects unlike anything you've ever heard before. In stereo.

Like all Rossum Electro-Music digital modules, all parameters are available for adjustment with a single button press. No menu diving.

Notes: Cutting Room Floor V3 Eurorack Module

The Cutting Room Floor was designed to emulate the sound and functionality of vintage reel-to-reel tape overdrive and echo. This eurorack module reaches into the 21st century with customized features that traverse the world of modulation and delay. (Delay And Reverb)

Motion Pictures combines lush delay and reverb with intuitive, powerful controls within a 10HP module. Choose between a crisp digital delay or a warm analogue delay and pair it with a spacious, large-hall stereo reverb. Delay and reverb levels can be adjusted independently, allowing you to use them separately or together. The delay time can be controlled using a knob, tap tempo, or CV. You can even send opposing CV signals to the tap tempo and delay time for glitchy, pitch-bending, rhythmic effects. Notes: The TBD module is a multifunctional DSP (digital signal processing) module that includes more than 30 different synthesis and audio processing plugins. It is a collaboration project between CTAG Kiel (an academic working group of Kiel University of Applied Sciences), instrumentsofthings.com (who produce this module for Eurorack) and tangiblewaves.

The module looks quite simplistic with it's only three knobs and three buttons, but the power lies in the web based user interface for editing and storing the parameters. For editing, the module is connected via USB to your computer and a small software tool running here is the bridge to the editing of the parameters via your web browser. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: When the editing is done, the module runs autonomously, without a computer!

Up to 10 favourites can be stored on the module and be chosen by the CONFIG button.

Dynamic control of the modules' parameters works via the two CV inputs and two trigger inputs (which are linked to two buttons), and two knobs are also available for live tweaking parameters. The assignment of inputs/knobs to actual parameters is done in the web based user interface.

Please note that the TBD module has mono audio input and output (compared to the Eurorack version which is stereo); plugins that do stereo audio work also in the AE TBD, but only on one channel. ("Why only mono?" you might ask; the limitation to mono is due to licensing agreements to keep the module price in the usual AE range.

Notes: The insert module allows you to connect stereo effects to your CGM setup, either by inserting them between two points of the internal summing bus or by placing them in parallel, as in a rudimentary stereo send-and-return.

It consists of two couples of outputs and inputs with dedicated gain switches. The first O/I stereo couple is the insert circuit, while the second is the parallel circuit.

The Insert module can be used:

between a group and a master;
between a group and a group;
between a channel and a group;
between a channel and a channel;
between a channel and a master (without a group).
The Insert module ships with two Insert cables compatible with every member of the CGM family, including the discontinued ones.

Flexible placement

The insert can effortlessly sit between every CGM module. Use it between a group and a master as an end-of-chain bus, or between two series of channels of the same group to create a channel subgroup with independent solo-in-place controls.

Stereo insert circuit

This circuit overrides the internal summing bus and allows you to route whatever sum goes into the insert module through your favourite stereo effects.

Stereo parallel circuit

A second out-in circuit remains parallel to the main one, excellent for adding stereo ambiance effects to the main sum.

Gain switches

The outputs and inputs provide three degrees of attenuation and matching amplification to scale the signal to most of the audio equipment out there.

Notes: The LedPressor is a full stereo Diode-based compressor module.
Its unique core adds character and color to any signal passed through it.
The LedPressor can be used as a normal compressor with low input levels, but as the input volume increases and the "nuke" LED lights up, it enters a new territory that combines compressor and overdrive, creating a dynamic overdrive effect.

Get it pumping with the Side Chain
The module features an external sidechain input that accepts audio and CV signals. Only the sidechain signal passes through a high pass filter, which gives the user greater control over the sound shape. The audio signal itself is not affected by the filter.
Parallel compression
The module also includes a mix knob that can be controlled with a dedicated mix CV input, allowing for greater flexibility when blending dry and wet signals. Additionally, it features a momentary bypass button to easily adjust the levels of dry and wet signals.
Feed-Back Or Feed-Forward - it's your choice
The module can be configured with a feed-back or feed-forward topologies with a jumper in the back.

Notes: Alpha Duo is a stereo precision VCA with ring modulation, overdrive and distortion.

Alpha Duo's VCAs have three modes:

1) Two quadrant, for classic VCA behaviour
2) Four quadrant, where the VCA responds to both positive and negative Gain CVs. This creates a classic ring modulator.
3) In four quadrant separate (4S) mode, each of the two VCA channels is controlled by separate gain CVs, turning Alpha Duo into two independent VCA/ring modulators.

Alpha Duo also features three drive modes.

1) In Drive Mode zero the overdrive circuit is not active, giving a clean signal.
2) Drive Mode One is a tube style soft overdrive. Like a tube, the positive and negative parts of the waveform are distorted differently, producing a pleasing, warm fuzz.
3) Drive Mode Two is a harder clip - more like a transistor amplifier - for a harder edged distortion.

Alpha Duo's signal path is DC coupled, so it's great for processing CVs as well as audio.
