These are the main outputs for attaching to your monitors or to outboard gear. By default, volume control is turned on.

1x 1/4" Unbalanced stereo headphone output with zero-ohm configuration

This is an additional headphone output which mirrors the signal being sent to the 3.5mm headphone output on the Duet itself. Both headphone outputs can be used simultaneously.

2x USB-C connections

As with the USB-C connectors on the Duet, this is for the host connection (Mac, Windows, iOS) and for power. When Duet is used with an iOS device, it's recommended a power supply is used on the second port. Hum in an audio system is often caused by loop effects which act like antennas. These loops can easily pick up a 60 Hz (or higher harmonics) hum transmitted by electrical wiring. Typically, these loops are connected via grounds, more commonly called 'ground loops'. The safest way to eliminate unwanted noise is with the CleanBOX II.

Some examples of Ground Loops:

The power ground of a synthesizer, connected to the signal ground of the synth, into a mixer's ground, then into a mixer's power ground.
The signal ground of a send effect (reverb, delay) into a mixer, and the connecting power grounds of the mixer and the unit.
The power ground of a guitar amplifier, connected to a signal processor which has a second guitar amplifier on the other channel, and then the second guitar amp's power ground.

The CleanBOX II easily removes ground loops without any signal degradation.

Notes: The CLEANBoxPro provides 2 channels of unbalanced to balanced level conversion and 2 channels of balanced to unbalanced level conversion in a rugged, compact, and portable unit. Balanced lines offer increased immunity to external electrical noise, such as hum. Since a balanced system minimizes induced noise, it is the preferred method of connecting audio gear, especially when long lengths of cable are used.

One section of the CLEANBoxPro converts 2 channels of consumer-level unbalanced input signals into 2 channels of pro line-level balanced output signals. It has 2 RCA jack inputs and a stereo mini-phone jack input connected in parallel. The balanced output feeds 2 XLR male jacks.

The other section of the CLEANBoxPro converts 2 channels of line-level balanced input signals into 2 channels of consumer unbalanced output signals. It has 2 XLR female input jacks. The unbalanced output feeds 2 RCA jacks and a stereo mini-phone jack connected in parallel.

Each section has stereo level controls to optimize signal levels. An LED indicator lights when power is applied.

The CLEANBoxPro can be an invaluable tool in application areas including: home or professional recording studios, live sound, PA, permanent installs, DJ, AV, consumer Hi-Fi, podcasting and broadcasting. The CLEANBoxPro can be used with: mixers, audio processors, laptop computers, computer sound cards, CD/DVD players, video gaming machines, MP3 player/recorders, powered monitors and digital audio workstations.

Notes: The ART MConnect USB MIDI Cable provides an easy way to directly connect any MIDI device, including musical instruments, controllers and sound modules, to your computer's USB port for convenient use with audio workstation software for music production, recording or sequencing without any extra equipment. Simply plug the MIDI input or output connector (whichever is appropriate) into your device and the USB connector into your computer. That's all there is to it. The first time you connect your MConnect to your computer, all the necessary drivers will be automatically installed and the cable will then be ready to use. The MConnect may be used with any software that supports USB MIDI devices.

Notes: The T8 (Transformer Eight) a high quality totally passive audio interface that uses 8 transformers to separate input and output signal grounds, thereby isolating two systems and reducing hum and ground-loop noise. The T8's audio transformers have flat and wide frequency response and handle high signal levels while maintaining an isolated balanced output. This gives the T8 a very clean and neutral sound with a wide variety of signal sources. The transformers are wound for 1:1 unity gain and are designed to be used with impedances from 600 ohms to 100k ohms.

Connection versatility sets the T8 apart from other isolation boxes. The T8 provides balanced XLR, 1/4" phone, and RCA type phono connections on all inputs and outputs simultaneously. The T8 fits easily into virtually any audio system and is a clean patch point between all types of systems.

The T8s mounting ears are reversible so you can have either the XLRs on the front or The 1/4" and RCA phono jacks on the front. This maximizes flexibility in cabling your system. Whether you need an interface between a computer based audio workstation and your monitor system, isolation on long cable runs in a fixed installation, isolation of multiple signal sources from your recording equipment, or in many cases, just a safer connection between two audio systems, the T8 can accommodate.

Notes: The ARTcessories USB Dual Pre is designed to work over a wide variety of applications from remote field recording to desktop/studio tracking. Each of the two low noise input channels has up to 48dB of clean gain. Inputs can be either XLR balanced or 1/4-inch TRS. Each of the 1/4-inch TRS outputs is buffered low impedance balanced. Notes: The audiowerkstatt din2midi2din v2 has a MIDI- and a DIN-sync-output and on both outputs a clock-signal is sent at the same time.

With a button you can select, if the clock-signal present at the DIN-sync- or the MIDI-input is used. A LED indicates the selected input.

The device operates as a standard in "Sync24"-mode (24 clock pulses per quarter note). By holding the button when switching on, the device is started in "Sync48"-mode (48 clock pulses per quarter note).

All settings will be saved and restored at startup.

Notes: You push the button and the audiowerkstatt din-restarter starts or stops the following sequencer at the beginning of the next bar (4/4-stroke only) in perfect timing.

If the sequencer is running, it will be stopped at the next bar and if the sequencer is standing, it is started at the next bar.

The device operates as a standard in "Sync24"-mode (24 clock pulses per quarter note). By holding the button when switching on, the device is started in "Sync48"-mode (48 clock pulses per quarter note).

Notes: The audiowerkstatt midi-clock-divider divides the MIDI-clock of the MIDI-master, whereby the MIDI-slave runs correspondingly slower. The division-ratios are 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, ..., 1/8, 1/9.

If the division-factor 1/1 is selected, the MIDI-clock is simply passed through. With the division-factor of 1/2 the MIDI-slave runs at half the speed. So 16ths-notes will be 8th-notes and the loop is twice as long.

Very useful to double the loop length of the MIDI-slave (eg MIDI-sequencer or [audio-]looper). When using the division-factor 1/8 and an originally one bar long loop runs over 8 bars.

And good for experimental musicians, especially if an odd division-factor is selected and MIDI-master and slave seem to be not in sync, but from time to time come together in perfect sync.

You can also set whether only the newly created MIDI-clock and mmc commands (start, stop, continue) are sent or the, at the MIDI-in incoming data, will be mixed with that.

Notes: The Audiowerkstatt midi-clock-multiplier v2 multiplies the MIDI-clock of the MIDI-master, whereby the MIDI-slave runs correspondingly faster. The multipliers are 1x, 2x, 3x, ..., 8x, 9x.

If the multiplier 1 is selected, the MIDI-clock is simply passed through. With the multiplier of e.g. 2 the MIDI-slave runs at double speed. So 16ths-notes will be 32th-notes.

Very useful if you have a very slow song and want to add a new fast track to it, which is faster than the master-clock.

And good for polyrhythmic - especially for experimental musicians - if an odd division-factor is selected and MIDI-master and slave seem to be not in sync, but from time to time come together in perfect sync.

You can also set whether only the newly created MIDI-clock and mmc commands (start, stop, continue) are sent or the, at the MIDI-in incoming data, will be mixed with that.

All settings will be saved and restored at startup.

Notes: The audiowerkstatt midi-clock-shifter v2 helps you to move your MIDI-slave as many MIDI-clock-ticks as you want forward or backward, while running in synchronisation to the MIDI-master. A 7-segment-display shows the direction and number of MIDI-clock-ticks, the MIDI-slave has been moved.

A tool, for on-the-fly correction of a MIDI-slave, that is not reliable or to push a loop, that is not recorded in a rhythm, to that rhythm.

And a tool to have fun with playing around with two sequencers and do things like e.g. going slightly forward and backward with one of them.

You can set whether only the MIDI-clock and MMC commands (start, stop, continue) are sent or the MIDI-data, received at the MIDI-in, will be mixed with that.
