Don't Put Me In Your Box: The Remixes vinyl

Hypercolour's Hype Ltd series returns to Maya Jane Coles' Don't Put Me In Your Box EP from 2011 to deliver three expectedly forward-thinking remixes. Livity Sound's Kowton continues to show just how widely appreciated his grime-influenced techno sound is across the board as he reworks the tech house of "Parallel Worlds" into something metallic and eerie. Meanwhile the melodic sounds of "Something In The Air" are transformed by Dark Sky into a skewed bass-heavy house track with orchestration reminiscent of Floating Points, and by Bonobo into a more mainstream-friendly slice of house that will go down well with the Disclosure crowd.
