Review: Hidden Folder is a label that Christopher Ledger has established to serve up some of the music from his digital vaults. This fourth outing a collision of garage, sound system culture and UK club history. 'Matter Of Time' pairs ragga mic work and jungle breaks with slamming old school speed garage basslines. 'Blurred Lines' has a similar low end throb but with more celestial melodies up top. 'Can't Get Over' sinks into a deep US garage vibe with nice heady pads and warped Bullet Tooth remix then standout and soulful K-LONE remix close down the package in style.
