Notes: Messor is a stereo compressor with lots of tricks up its sleeves. From gluing a mix together to squashing drums, sidechaining kicks and sculpting transients.

It's a VCA based feed-forward compressor with a high quality low noise signal path. The magic happens in the internal sidechain that shapes the gain reduction envelope.

There are the familiar controls of a compressor, attack, release, threshold, ratio and makeup gain, as well as a switchable high-pass / low-pass sidechain filter.

The ratio can go past limiting and into over-compression, which can completely reshape transients, a great tool for sound design.

Being modular, of course there are CV inputs for Attack, Release and the Filter cutoff.

The Gain CV controls the makeup gain, but also doubles as a Stereo VCA with the Gain knob off.

The gain reduction envelope is also available, for turning filters or other VCA's into compressors for example.

There's a bypass switch, and another Warm/Pure switch, that can bring in a bit of additional saturation and compression in the form of analog tube simulation circuitry.

Lastly there's the possibility to insert an external sidechain, for that classic kick sidechain compression.

STEREO LINK; Sending hard-panned or significantly different audio levels on the left and right channels into the audio inputs may result in undesired left-right panning on the output of the compressor, because the level detectors on each channel will ensure a different amount of compression. With the STEREO LINK switch on, the level detectors on both channels are merged and the min/max function is engaged. This ensures equal compression on both channels.

Notes: Really neat stuff from Hexinverter. Designed with synth sounds and drum processing in mind, the Hot Glue is a unique twist on a four-channel mixer, helping to integrate effects and voltage-controlled distortion alongside built-in bus compression.

Supplier's Notes:
The Mutant Hot Glue is a versatile bus mixer for analogue effects chain design. The included analogue compressor offers series or parallel compression and a sidechain input, making it particularly well suited to drum processing. The voltage controlled distortion is based on ideas borrowed from the guitar pedals responsible for a lot of yesterday's acid style techno sounds, but improved over the guitar equivalents, and made specifically for synthesizer and drum processing. The distortion can be used in its default position, normalized to the effects send, or like every other part of the module, broken out and used elsewhere in your modular system.

By default, the 4 channel mixer's output conveniently feeds into the compressor's input, giving access to easy New York style parallel compression by way of the compressor blend control. The dedicated output and mixer bypass switch for channel A allow you to use it as a sidechain source for the compressor. An effects send and return allow you to create complex effects routings within your modular system. With the number of excellent DSP and other effects modules on the market today, this makes it easy to combine modules to great effect, all within the eurorack modular domain.

Redesigned by Erica Synths in close collaboration with Hexinverter. Minor alterations were made in mechanical assembly and digital controls to address Erica synths manufacturing routines and chip shortages, but the analogue signal path is 100% identical to the original version.

In September 2022 Stacy Gaudreau - the founder of Hexinverter Electronique, announced closing down the operations. Following their announcement, Erica Synths in cooperation with Hexinverter Electronique saw a way for their incredible and truly unique music instruments to keep on inspiring musicians and finding a home in countless studios to come.
The effort and innovation incorporated in Hexinverter Electronique eurorack modules are far too great to prematurely become history. Erica Synths will take over the manufacturing, sales, and support of several Hexinverter Electronique modules. While retaining all functionality of Hexinverter Electronique modules, Erica Synths redesigned the hardware of modules and will provide support for reissue modules only.

Notes: The Golden Master from Endorphin.es is a multi-band processor that takes inspiration from studio mastering and radio loudness units from the 1990s. It gives control over the EQ, compression, and mid/side processing of incoming audio.

Thanks to the 16-bit/96kHz audio fidelity, you'll get incredible processing power. It features three bands - low, medium, and high - each handling a distinct portion of the audio spectrum. Notes: The LedPressor is a full stereo Diode-based compressor module.
Its unique core adds character and color to any signal passed through it.
The LedPressor can be used as a normal compressor with low input levels, but as the input volume increases and the "nuke" LED lights up, it enters a new territory that combines compressor and overdrive, creating a dynamic overdrive effect.

Get it pumping with the Side Chain
The module features an external sidechain input that accepts audio and CV signals. Only the sidechain signal passes through a high pass filter, which gives the user greater control over the sound shape. The audio signal itself is not affected by the filter.
Parallel compression
The module also includes a mix knob that can be controlled with a dedicated mix CV input, allowing for greater flexibility when blending dry and wet signals. Additionally, it features a momentary bypass button to easily adjust the levels of dry and wet signals.
Feed-Back Or Feed-Forward - it's your choice
The module can be configured with a feed-back or feed-forward topologies with a jumper in the back.
Reverse polarity protection
The module have proper reverse current and over current protection in its power input stage to protect the module in case it was connected the wrong way or connected to a faulty power supply.
