The N-44-7 stylus offers a brighter sound than the N-44G stylus that is included with the J44D, with a thicker bass sound-the same difference as with the SHURE 44 cartridges.
JICO has followed the structure of the SHURE products to release the alternative replacement. Not only the sound output is as close to the SHURE M44 cartridge models but the tracking ability of the J44 performs as the same with sticking to a record groove with high jump / skip resistance and low record wear.
