Bit of an all star cast behind "I Wanna Be Your Telephone" with Nikka Costa providing backing vocals for the distinct croon of Jamie Lidell, whilst Beck adds some guitar licks to the shuffling dirt funk. It's the Tiga remix which has been getting the bloggerati increasingly excited since YouTube footage first surfaced - and with good reason too. The instrumentation of Lidell's original is mostly discarded, with Tiga crafting a sleek modern electro acid funk groove replete with scattergun synth stabs and killer drum rolls. The added emphasis placed on Costa's sultry breathing adds the requisite Prince-ness that Tiga's title alludes to. Bill Youngman's jerking mutation of album track "You Are Waking" rounds things off nicely.
