Two mainstays of the Dutch electro-techno scene join forces here and somewhat predictably the results are chunky. The title track is a no-holds-barred beast, riding on a rollicking rhythm of swung drums while being anchored by a monstrous bassline that makes for a neat juncture between vintage electro and Chicago house, with some hooky vocals from Jessy Allen thrown in for good measure. "Girls Can't Swim" is a trackier affair, working a similar jerking groove with slithers of synthesised interference flitting around the rock solid drums. With an instrumental cut of "Luv Thang" chucked in for good measure, it's hard to find fault with this latest emission from Gerd's 4 Lux imprint.
