Canadian tropical-bass producer Poirier just dropped a new EP for Man Recordings. The four-song dancehall record titled Alert Riddim features three artists to vocalize over his slick and bouncy riddim. First, Natalie Storm delivers “Gal U Good,” which is followed by MC Zulu’s “Call Red Alert.” The EP’s final vocalist is Face-T, a frequent Poirier collaborator, who rounds out Alert Riddim with “The Realness.” The original instrumental version of “Alert Riddim” is also included on the EP.
