Love & Haight have done it again... This time their crate and studio vault digging adventures have led us to early 1970s New York where Hokis Pokis ruled the disco roost with their distinctive charm. Soft, tight, slick and sprung with glistening harmonies, the band's talent belies its humble series of singles. Here the Ubiquity off-shoot have compiled their best tracks (and two unreleased gems) and mastered them with modern dancefloors in mind. The end result is a perfect marriage of old and nu disco with highlights pouring out of every groove. From the fusion of Hammond slams and squiggly, wriggly Moogs on "Keep On Rollin'" to the pounding groove and vocal gymnastics of "Get Cha Girl", this oozes timeless disco magic.
