Review: Limited with hard to find and sought after rare and deleted tracks. DJ Shadow is a genius behind the boards. DJ Shadow is what we call a hip hop aficionado. He started out from very humble beginnings in Davis California and has risen to rip apart bland hip hop!! High Noon incorporates all that is hip hop.

Review: Limited upfront DJ promo like the "Enuff" 12". Comes with a full colour sticker on sleeve like "Enuff" . This remix record comes from the Neptunes/Pharrell school of swing beats, a track most definitely recorded for the more "jiggy" orientated dancefloors.

Review: DJ Shadow's classic Endtroducing set a new benchmark for sampling when it was first released in 1996, and one that has never been bettered. The debut album from the American crate digger, scratch master and MPC genius is a complex, tightly woven record that goes from dark and psychedelic instrumentals to gorgeously soul soothing moments of downtempo bliss via imaginary film soundtracks, all with style and finesse. That the whole thing was made in his apartment on just an Akai MPC60 sampler, a Technics SL-1200 turntable and an Alesis ADAT tape recorder, with samples from his own vinyl collection, makes it all the more impressive.

Review: It has now been a full 25 years since DJ Shadow lay down one of the greatest records ever. Not just in the world of sampling and hip hop should this be healed because it remain a unique work of art that draws together myriad different musical worlds into a cinematic album packed with layer upon layer of depth. This special anniversary edition gets a proper treatment with heavyweight vinyl meaning you can turn it up nice and loud. Classics like the dark riffs of 'Organ Donor' and late-night moodiness of 'Midnight In A Perfect World' hit as hard today as ever. Few records in electronic music are as complex yet rewarding as this one.

Review: Remarkably, two decades have now passed since the release of Endtroducing, DJ Shadow's peerless debut album. In way of celebration, Island has put together this expansive, six-disc "Endtrospective" edition. The original album - an atmospheric and hugely entertaining exploration of trip-hop, break-digging and the potential of sampling - still sounds unfeasibly brilliant all these years on. It's joined by two discs of bonus material; a first, containing previously released demos and live versions, and a second with all-new remixes from contemporary producers. There's plenty to get the pulse racing here, including a John Carpenter-influenced ambient rework of "Transmissions" by Kuedo, DJ Spinn's footwork-goes-jazz remix of "What Does Your Soul Look Like", and a sparkling Hudson Mohawke version of "Midnight In A Perfect World".

Review: What can you say about this amazing album that has not been said before?! Originally released in 1996 and quickly becoming one of the most important pieces in the history of sampled music, its legacy continues to grow while Shadow remains the archetypal example of a crate digging producer. Everything from jazz, spoken word, hip-hop and more was sampled into this cornucopia of sound - in many ways the zenith of the impressive output of James Lavelle's revered Mo''Wax label - and you wouldn't be surprised if it ended up in the Smithsonian for what it has accomplished and meant to the scene.

Review: Legendary sample finder, turntablists, hip-hop don and all-around good egg DJ Shadow has taken a rather different path for Action Adventure, his seventh solo album. Or rather one of coming full circle perhaps, as it's one that finds him looking inwards and working entirely alone without any collaborators - as he did on legendary debut 'Endtroduing' - in an attempt to document most honestly "my relationship to music. My life as a collector and curator. All my records and tapes". The lead single 'Ozone Scraper' sets a fine tone with its sense of adventurous travel getting you excited for the musical trip to come.

Review: The underground legend returns! Shadow's unparalleled musical contributions have and continue to play a crucial role in the development and mastering of genre blending music. His list of collaborations include works with Dr. Octagon, U.N.K.L.E, Thom Yorke, Cut Chemist and many more. "The Outsider" is a record that will confound those who believed they had Shadow pigeonholed.
