Some thirteen months on from the release of downtempo duo Templehof's collaboration with ambient pioneer Gigi Masin, Hell Yeah has finally decided to offer up remixes of some of the album's finest moments. Polish duo P'Taki impress with a loose, chugging, pedal steel-flecked version of "Bow Down" that make great use of Masin's Chris Rea style vocals, while Balearic Gabba Sound System reach for the delays and reverbs on a glistening, slightly psychedelic take on the beautiful "Buena Onda". It's left to Pete Herbert and Phil Mison - under their now familiar Reverso 68 guise - to deliver the dancefloor punch: a deliciously breezy, piano-laden Balearic disco rub of "Red Venus" that's worth the admission price on its' own.
