Incredible digidub drives from fellows Om Unit, Seekers, Frankie Downbeat and N1_Sound, all of whom have come together here to reimagine T3AL's debut 12" record with five new remixes. 'Bluish Green' came in May of 2024, selling out its initial limited edition 12" run almost immediately. Such watersheds warrant nawt else than revisitations by other artists, and boy, are we met with some potent detoxifiers here. N1's Stretch mix, for example, is all about the brushing 808 and the mutedly sumptuous femme vocal in the back, while Om Unit's version is exemplary of the early dancehall sound characteristic of digidub, wit the track affectionately described by the label as referencing the Casio sound equipment often used. Covering much nourishing ground here.
