French house royalty "DJ" Gregory Darsa first worked under the Point G alias back in the late '90s, and it's a project he's revisited with great success more recently across a series of records on his eponymous record label. The start of a new year sees the release of the most comprehensive Point G record yet with #6 brandishing a weighty eight house cuts across three slabs of vinyl, essentially providing house DJs with a good set's worth of material to run through. Describing in minute, clinical detail how each track progresses is not something we want to do, instead this is a collection whose dancefloor secrets should reveal themselves to you when the vinyl is on a turntable but "Surdo" is a rasping highlight!
