Markus Suckut is nearing the release of his debut album DNA, but before its unveiling comes his second remix EP on his own SCKT label. DVS1's linear but debauch rework of "Scoria" deviates in shape and sound for a remix that would nestle neatly to DVS1's exhaustive and tableland Berghain sets. ROD supplies two versions of "Strength", with the first remix applying a high pass filter to full effect as ride cymbals move from being sequenced on the kick, to the off beat. ROD's second remix implements a low pass filter to the synths, modulating their sound with gentle exhaustion, while adopting a different hi-hat arrangement of short fire bursts, with brisk snares patterns also added
