Arcane and esoteric 'Rominimal' flavours offered up once again on Bucharest's Kontour, this time by emerging artist Vlad Leanca who follows up promising efforts on Hashplant and Alter Hour. Get a load of KNTNT 003: featuring the exotic hypnotism of 'Zboina Zare' that's reminiscent of Zefzeed or local hero Nu Zau's early work, or the knackered after hours paranoia of 'Rockability' and its rather apt vocal sample along the lines of 'things go bump in the night.. I'd like to keep it that way'. On the flip, we have an extended DJ tool in the form of 'Umbral Marelui Falnic' and it's lean, boompty, weirdo groove, taking you deeper into a Sunday afternoon sleep deprived trance.
