Australia's DJ Life brings his high energy sounds to the Dansu Discs label and in doing so draws on plenty of different reference points from trance to 90s tech house. It's perfectly spaced out tech that kicks things off in glistening, futuristic fashion with 'White Bricks' before 'Steel' ups the ante and rolls on to infinity with some fish, far-sighted chords. 'Waverider' is no less urgent, but goes a little deeper for its thrills, and the flip side offers different versions with a Adam Pits Topsy Turvy remix of 'White Bricks' getting all jungle and retro-techno while 'Steel' (Ciel Tokyo Drifting mix) is a high speed gem.
