Bristol's 7" aficionado Boca 45 makes and plays music that crosses boundaries and borders. It is a hardcore cross-section of funk, soul, hip hip, breaks and beats that are the foundation for so
many dance music genres, as well as being essential in their own right. His latest project is this collection of 45s which have all been put out separately over the year. Also included are two brand new tunes and as ever the multi-instrumentalist and producer really flexes his muscle from front to back. There are big horns, strident groves and crisp boom bap beats with guests MCs such as Craig G, Ash The Author and vocalists such as Swaby from The Heavy all adding their own weight to the project.
