With a brief history in Skweee behind him, Baba Stiltz is re-aligning his creative focus towards melodic, detailed tech house, notching up this release for fellow Scandinavian operators Under Bron. "Dive" is a rugged affair with an insistent momentum to it, keeping the bottom end pumping away with a deep intent while the top end is populated by emotive keys. "Running Ame (Worlds)" is a more unusual affair, fusing auto tune vocals with a lilting, Balearic kind of house shuffle, both sunny and strange in its demeanor. Providing a stark contrast to those two offerings, Phillip Lauer's remix of "Dive" is a stripped down coldwave exercise full of VHS romanticism and powered by motoring arpeggios working away in the distance.
