Review: Version session: Nice Up! return to a summer bubbler from 2015 courtesy of Greece's Blend Mishkin and US's Roots Evolution by way of Compa's Manchester laboratory. Bussing up the groove into something much chunkier, rolling and heavyweight, Compa celebrates the elements of the original by bringing them into the fore over a deep rumbling groove that ploughs with modern dub momentum and opens into the vocal with precision timing. Naturally there's a dub to play with, too. Compa's on a roll right now.
