Joyce Mercedes January picks

Joyce Mercedes has traveled all around the globe and has displayed her immense passion for music in the largest and most popular clubs in the world. Her sound is best to describe as “ uplifting progressive house” although The words minimal, electro, funky, techy, full-of-soul, tribal, techno, trancy and psychedelic can all be found in her musical vocabulary. She has shared stages with The biggest on earth . She received her Audio Engineering degree in 2004 at the School of Audio Engineering (SAE) in Amsterdam. Launched her own label ending 2007 QOC-Recordings. Her first double DJ mix compilation she did in cooperation with Clubstar. “ Best female dj’s of the world”. A compilation which will be mixed by different female dj’s. Joyce Mercedes is the first one. She is now working on her second mix compilation ‘capo dei capi’ which will be released on her own label QOC recordings as well as she is working on a vocal album.
