Review: UVB kicks off SHIV, a new label project here with a new EP that somewhat harks back to his earlier days with a soulful machine touch coming next to his direct and dynamic drums. 'Jesterize' is an electrifying cut with slamming drums and squeaky synth lines weaving their way in and out of the grooves. 'A Real Fiasco' offers up layers of mutant vocals and 90s hard techno drum work then 'Where Will You Spend Eternity?' takes a more trance tinged and progressive trip to the stars. 'Your Special Day' shuts down at high speed with bright, shiny loops and off-balance piano energy.
