Max Graef - "Tittenkuschler" (4:44)
Cuthead - "Braziliance" (5:29)
Cuthead - "Of Of" (2:43)
S3A - "Theuz Hamtaak" (5:53)
Moony Me - "Magergarten" (7:06)
Review: Dresden's Uncanny Valley returns with more feelgood deep house vibes courtesy of the usual suspects. Berlin's Max Graef steps up first with "Tittenkuschler" and his typically dusty, hip hop influenced style of production. Next up the man Cuthead returns in typical form with the uplifting and summery vibes "Braziliance' and the smooth, blunted hip-hop of "Of Of'. Next up Theuz Hamtag and Magergarten gives us some sweet discofied jams in the vein of Classic Andres with "S3A and "Moony Me" respectively. Quality as always from this now highly regarded label.

Manuel Darquart - "Next Dance" (4:39)
S3A - "Sleepy Fire" (5:57)
Satoshi - "New Dawn" (feat Kuniyuki - Satoshi & Makoto remix) (5:37)
Review: Established Japanese label Soundofspeed presents the third edition in its 20 year celebrations series. This one features Kiwi duo Manuel Darquart with the late-night mood music of 'Next Dance' which is all over the A side. Flip over and more lo-slung goodies await, firstly it's the slo-mo boogie-down disco vibe of French dusty house expert S3A's 'Sleepy Fire', followed by Satoshi on 'New Dawn' (featuring Kuniyuki). The latter track featured on the last edition in the form of the Percussion Mix, but this version is a serving of sublime Jupiter jazz as remixed by Satoshi & Makoto.

Funky/Club House
Mogan - "Rainy June" (7:46)
UC Beatz - "Ain't Good Enough" (7:16)
S3A - "Layers" (7:56)
Mika Blaster - "Buisine Ness" (S3A edit) (6:10)
Review: Sampling As An Art Records is back with a new various artists package that has been assembled from talents the label boss has met on the road - musical projects undertaken during and after gigs. This is the first in a series of such releases and it kicks off with a fresh melodic house blast from Morgan, then gets the hands in the air with an old school, percussive piano number with UC Beatz's 'Ain't Good Enough' before S3A appear with 'Layers', a loopy filter house jam with sunshine, disco and soul in equal measure. Last of all is Mika Blaster with the epic sax and humid chords of 'Buisine Ness' (S3A edit).

Doop Doop (5:47)
Emotional M1 (5:55)
Denials (3:58)
Review: Digger doyen S3A makes his debut on Eureka with three jams tailored for these rare warm months. "Doop Doop" flexes around a brilliantly carved backing vocal hook and a killer funk guitar solo in a way that's reminiscent of early Iz & Diz, "Emotional M1" takes us on deeper trip as an ode to one of house music's most influential and iconic synths while "Denials" brings it all together with a slower midtempo break and jazzy flutters so dreamy you'll swear you're wearing your PJs. Artful.

S3A - "Bob Morton Track" (5:53)
Boddhi Satva & Sly Johnson - "A Mi Sana" (4:48)
SMBD - "Cesar" (4:16)
Toto Chiavetta - "Approval" (8:09)
Marcel Lune - "Easy Easy" (6:01)
Review: Swedish imprint Local Talk run by aka Mad Mats & Tooli celebrate such a milestone in style. This being the second volume of the celebrations. Frenchman S3A of Sampling As An Art fame appears; he's had a rapport with the label since 2013 and his contribution "Bob Morton Track" is a serious soul funk explosion dedicated to the ambitious executive in Robocop, The always impressive Boddhi Satva appears too with a bit of help from Sly Johnson on the African blues of "A Mi Sana" as does Sicilian hi-tech soul merchant Toto Chiavetta (Innervisions/Yoruba/Ibadan) with his powerful epic "Approval".
