Young Brighton producer Slacker (no not the legendary progressive house act of the same name) aka Sam Black is up next on Lobster Theremin following up great releases by Asok, nthng and Unfinished Portraits. He's channelling the jungle vibes of yesteryear (think Peshay) on the classic euphoria of "Amen To The Lonely" while acid house/Summer of Love aesthetics are channeled convincingly on "See Yourself" and capturing that classic Lobster Theremin tape saturated vibe. On the flip, it's all about the deep 303 therapy of "White Monk" where he works that little silver Roland box to the max, powered away by dusty 808 drum patterns beneath.
