Leaving The Body vinyl

Since coming into market only in 2016, Dimitris Doukas' Restive Plaggona has had enough of an effect on the scene to warrant him an impressive nine albums, three of which have been pressed to vinyl and six straight to cassette. Taking inspiration from Vatican Shadow's infamous projects on Hospital Productions, Plaggona's sounds are deathly and menacing in every way, utilising the darkest corners of industrial and power electronics to precipitate the listener into an endless spiral of doom and gloom. Side A of Leaving The Body wastes no time in unleashing its aerial bombardment onto the speakers, all wrapped up in a raw analogue fuzz, whereas Side B strips some of the terror back to make room for deeper, more psychologically-inclined techno beats that are still nowhere near the sort of 4/4 you'd hear in clubs. This is heavy gear, and only fit for those of a certain disposition. If you fall under that category then it's safe to say that you've found what you need.
