Le Grand To Do was Oskar Offerman's LP for Mule Musiq from 2015, an extended deep house session with a colourful, vibrant texture that offered a refreshing take on the genre. Moreover, it was a natural fit with Mule's diverse aesthetic, so this follow-up remix EP feels like the right thing to be doing. "Bananuamas" is remixed by Yoruba Soul, and it's a glorious jazz-house stepper, while Edward Society Breakdown offer a glorious reshape of "Koleu", transforming the original tune into a broken, bass-heavy ballad with a stammering bass end. On the B-side, "Le Grand To Do" itself is remixed by Bodin & Jacob Airport into a grainy, hollow techno nugget with a minimalistic percussion swing, and Metamatics rolls out a funky swing on the arrangement of "Les Doors Lost In The Fog". Bliss.
