Giovanni Verrina and Germano Ventura's HOWL imprint is up to its fifth release now and presents to us Bassa Clan (Dino Angioletti & Fabrizio Maurizi) with the Cinque EP. In the words of the label head honchos themselves "Superb and Effective, raw sexy beat slightly. Old School flavour jams from warm to banging house , real classy stuff from the Italian duo". Took the words right out of our mouth there! On the A side it's all about the deep and soulful cyclicality of "Track 2" and the retro leaning "Track 3" which has that early 90's Strobe Recordings kind of vibe about it which we really liked.
