Raffaele Attanasio was born in Mugnano di Napoli(Naples) 28/11/87.Son of art, is initiated to music by his father, who in 5 years encouraged him to play the drums. Soon abandons the drum kit to devote himself to studying the piano that will continue until 2006. In that Raffaele decided to devote himself body and soul to his deepest passion: electronic music.At the age of 12 years receives a gift from his father his first console ... it is love at first sight! The feeling up immediately with his tools, helped by strong estro piano, the result of years of study of classical music, led him to compose the melody first, full of groove and Intermezzi piano, which still represent the foundation of his sound, then, who under the pseudonym Monque, realizes his first songs. A 17 years is already one of the most famous in the area, and is in great demand for the dj set of the most exclusive. The uproar of his talent late in reaching the ears of Spiltsound Records label and its roster boasts artists such prominent Abnormal Boyz and Joseph Capriati. Driven by the prestige of his new record deal produces vinyl on vinyl, including the last "I'm A Jazzman" collects many proselytes from critics and fans of the genre.But the versatility of Raffaele not stop there. In parallel to his commitment as Monque, decided to take music courses aimed at testing and all'avantgarde, under the pseudonym Rah. With this new personality, Raffaele chose a less conventional way, by putting more light on his piano skills, through solutions stampo OLD SCHOOL with influences of various genres (Soul, jazz, funk, fusion, classical etc. ..), working with the likes of Orlando Voorn under which soon released an EP on his label, and with Saved by Nic Fanciulli. By now his music overcomes all barriers istitutional gender, projected to horizons yet unknown.
